Battlefords RCMP arrested several suspects after getting called out to a report of two men who were standing outside a home in North Battleford with a long barrelled firearm.

Police didn’t track anyone down when they arrived and determined that no shots were fired nor was anyone hurt.

The call came in around 10 o’clock Wednesday night from the 1800 block of Trudeau Street and the RCMP say their investigation took them to another home in the community where they did make arrests.

RCMP note that this is not a random act plus they expect to lay more charges.
