Prince Albert Police say they are investigating several incidents where counterfeit $100 dollar bills were used at businesses in the city.

Police say while the bills appear to be of poor quality, those in possession of the bills may not realize they are fake.

Police are asking members of the public and business owners to thoroughly check all $100 dollar bills before accepting them.

Anyone who suspects a bill may be counterfeit is asked to contact the Prince Albert Police Service.
