Around 3:30 Sunday afternoon Saskatoon Police were called to a home in the 300 block of Avenue I North to a report of a man threatening another man with a gun.

Patrol officers arriving on scene, with help from the Air Support Unit, were able to locate several people however the suspect believed to be offering up threats was still inside the home.

That’s when the Tactical Support Unit rolled up. The suspect came out around 4:15 p.m. and a search warrant executed at that location lead to the seizure of a double barrel shot gun.

No one was hurt and a 37 year old man if now facing 11 charges.
