The owners of the Saskatoon portion of the Saskatchewan Entertainment Expo are selling their event to the Saskatoon Prairieland Park Corporation.
This comic, entertainment and pop-culture inspired event has been in operation over the last 8 years and owners Mike Fisher and Chris Bernhard wanted to grow it beyond what their resources would allow.
It will continue to be held at the World Trade Center Saskatoon at Prairieland Park, and this year’s event is scheduled for September 11th through 13th.
In a news release, Prairieland Park says it will be a transition year with the former owners helping with the Expo.
The name will change to the Saskatoon Entertainment Expo and it will move to April in 2021.
