Red Deer RCMP say it started with a report of a stolen wallet in Red Deer and a consequent fraudulent vehicle purchase in Edmonton but ended with two arrests and 141 charges.
A search warrant was executed at a home in Inglewood in Red Deer in November and while executing the warrant, the suspect was allegedly involved in a crash nearby with a stolen vehicle. From the vehicle police seized two rifles, stolen police equipment, two way radios and stolen Alberta license plates.
Also while executing the search warrant there was a man found hiding in the home. From the home RCMP seized 11 guns, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, drugs and paraphernalia, a stolen laptop, the vehicle that was fraudulently purchased and stolen identification.
23 year old Savannah Korth and 26 year old Connor Mueller, both of Red Deer, are in court February 6th in Red Deer.
