18 year old Shauntay Keewatin of the Star Blanket First Nation is facing a Second Degree Murder charge in relation to a death that occurred in that community last Friday. RCMP were told of an altercation at a residence around 8:30 Friday night. File Hills Officers found a 17 year old boy who lived at the residence, deceased. Keewatin was arrested shortly after. He makes his first court appearance in Fort Qu’Appelle Provincial Court today (mon).
