On the pebbled ice…
The second and final Senior Women’s qualifying bonspiel continue today and run through Sunday in Watrous. Five teams are taking part in a round-robin competition with the top team advancing to the Joint Provincial Senior Championships, running February 26th through March 1st at the Saskatoon-Nutana club.
The Senior Men’s Northern and Southern Regional Playdowns continue today and run through Sunday…the Northerns in Nipawin and the Southerns in Moosomin. There are 10 teams in each regional, playing modified triple knock-out formats with four teams from each regional qualifying for the Joint Provincial Senior Championships, running February 26th through March 1st at the Saskatoon-Nutana club.
