The Saskatoon Fire Department responded to a house fire at 2509 Woodward Avenue just after 12 noon Saturday.

Fire crews responded to the scene in less than three minutes and found smoke and flames coming from the front and back of the attached garage.

Firefighters were then able to extinguish any spots that crept into the main home. The fire was under control by 12:59.

Damage is described as extensive and no estimate is available at this time. No injuries were reported.
