Saskatoon Police say officers witnessed activity consistent the selling of drugs back on Friday around 6:30 in the evening which led to a search warrant on a home in the 400 block of Avenue P South.
Neighbours would have noticed the Tactical Support Unit which was there because of concerns over possible firearms in the home.
Four people were located inside, one 20 year old woman is facing multiple drug and weapons charges.
Police seized 147 grams of methamphetamine, 4.5 grams MDMA, $330 cash, three rifles, two of them sawed off and one loaded, a sawed off 12 gauge shotgun, 2 cans of bear spray, two swords, 17 knives and drug paraphernalia.
