The tally continues to rise in terms of drug overdoses in Regina.

Regina Police Service responded to 14 reports of drug overdoses on the weekend as well as two additional overdoses Monday night and three more Tuesday morning. Investigators believe there is a bad batch of fentanyl circulating in Regina.

Police have asked that anyone with information on where this bad batch of drugs originates, to come forward to Regina Police Service or Crime Stoppers.

Police say getting the bad drugs off the street would go a long ways to ensuring community safety.
