Federated Co-op and Unifor have 20 days to reach an agreement before Vince Ready makes a recommendation .

The well known mediator who has helped settle labour disputes for decades was appointed by the provincial government to help bring an end to the lockout at the Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina which has been going on since December 5th. He begins his work today (tues).

Last week both Unifor and Co-op applauded the provinces decision to bring ready in to help settle the dispute.
