The Saskatoon Blades can reduce their Magic Number to clinch a W-H-L playoff spot from 11 points to seven points just by beating the Pats in regulation time Friday night in Regina.
It won’t come easy because, after a pair of extra time losses, the Bridge City Bunch will be looking for their first win of the season in the Big City Saskatchewan rivalry. In addition, Donovan Buskey was the Regina goaltender for both wins and is a perfect 5-0-0 in his career against the Blue and Gold. Game time is 7 o’clock with the Sardinia Family Restaurant pre-game show signing on at 6 on 98-COOL. The Blades return home to host Swift Current Saturday at 7 p.m. at SaskTel Centre.
