Saskatoon Police say 25 year old David Bradley Gamble of the Duck Lake area has been arrested.
He was wanted in connection to a stabbing last fall. On October 8th, a 44 year old man was seriously injured. Patrol officers had been flagged down and directed to an alley off 26th Street between 3rd and 4th Avenues where they found the victim with multiple stab wounds.
Previously police said the suspect and victim knew each other but now police say that is not the case. Gamble is facing a charge of Aggravated Assault and is in court this afternoon.
The serious assault unit is continuing its investigation in an effort to identify a second suspect. It is believed two people were involved in the attack.
