A 31 year old woman is charged after a 93 year old woman was struck by a vehicle in Regina last Friday afternoon, which then, according to police, left the scene. It happened about twenty-after-four when the elderly woman was in a crosswalk at the intersection of College Avenue and Elphinstone. She was taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries. 31 year old Jessica Michelle Weber is charged with Failure to Stop After an Accident that Results in Bodily Harm. She is in Provincial Court in Regina on April 14th.
