Two schools were broken into in separate incidents on Sunday and Monday.
Saskatoon Police say the first was Sunday morning around 11 am.
Patrol officers responded to a school in the 200 block of Avenue S South, which would be Pleasant Hill Community School, where a man had been seen allegedly breaking into a storage shed on the school grounds and taking a snow blower.
A suspect was found about a block away and was taken into custody without incident. A 26 year old man is charged with break and enter and breach of conditions.
Then around 1:15 a.m. Monday morning, police responded to a school in the 200 block of 30th Street West, Caswell Community School. Police witnessed a teen exit a broken window and it’s alleged he crawled back in when he saw the officers.
A canine track led police to a yard in the 10 block of Willingdon Place and a suspect was found hiding between a house and a fence. Police seized a backpack full of food. A 15 year old is charged with Break and Enter.
