A 34 year old man wanted by Lloydminster RCMP, Shane Edward Riley, has been found and arrested. Police say he is in custody in Saskatchewan, in connection to an investigation where 3 other people were arrested last week.
The RCMP executed search warrants at a home in Lloydminster, and it’s alleged 5 long rifles, a restricted pistol with ammunition, several debit and fuel cards, and a number of knives and swords were recovered. Police report also seizing stolen cheques from a local business and 12 grams of suspected fentanyl and 25 grams of suspected cocaine.
Riley faces the same charges as Korey Long, Kimberly Mason and Reena McCallum – possession of a controlled substance and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. Long has additional charges, including fraud under $5-thousand and forgery.
