A wanted man has turned himself in to La Loche RCMP. Around 5:40 Tuesday afternoon, 37 year old Nestor Herman turned himself in on weapons charges including possession of prohibited firearms and ammunition. On March 7th, RCMP seized firearms and ammunition from a residence in the community. A warrant was issued for Herman on the belief that he was avoiding contact with the RCMP with the intention of evading arrest. He is in court Thursday in La Loche.
