SaskPower has suspended collections and disconnections for non-payment. The company says the actions are being taken to provide relief to customers who may be affected by COVID-19. SaskPower customers who are concerned about ability to pay their bills are encouraged to call a toll-free number. Customers who already have been disconnected or who have a load limiter on their residence can also call to be reconnected or have the limiter removed. The company says flexible payment arrangements will continue to be available to customers during the pandemic. All customers will ultimately be responsible to pay for the power they use.
