The Prime Minister held a conference call with Canada’s premiers Thursday to talk about preparation and actions taken during the COVID-19 pandemic. A release from the Prime Minister’s Office says the First Ministers reaffirmed their commitment to continued collaboration and co-ordination. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau indicated that more than 10 million masks have been delivered to Canada and they are being distributed across the country along with thousands of gloves and swabs. Trudeau updated the premiers on the federal commitment to invest $2 billion to purchase testing products, ventilators, and protective personal equipment or P-P-Es.
