That from Saskatoon Police Chief Troy Cooper who specifically notes the public health orders which apply to self isolating for people returning from travel, including the U-S as well as those who have been diagnosed with or have been around someone who has COVID 19.

Chief Cooper says private and public gatherings are restricted to 10 people or less and he points out that non-compliance in any one of these three things can result in steep fines.
