30 year old Brian Robert Moncrieff of Edmonton is facing an Arson charge after a fire Monday morning. Regina Police and the Fire Department were dispatched about 1:20 to a report of a structure fire on the Highway 1 Service Road near Lewvan Drive. A man was alleged to have been seen walking away from the building. Police picked up Moncrieff just north of the location. He had burns to his body and was taken to hospital by EMS. He makes his first court appearance in September.
