A complainant told Saskatoon Police that their vehicle was side-swiped by a truck last night [mon] around 7:30. It happened at a red light at 8th Street and Preston Avenue. The suspect vehicle sped off. Officers spotted a vehicle driving erratically on Brand Place. The driver refused to stop. The vehicle was later disabled by a tire deflation device on Circle Drive, south of Taylor Street. A 60 year old man was arrested and charged with Dangerous Driving, Evade Police, and two impaired driving-related offenders. He was also charged for the hit and run.
