CUPE Local 4797 says it had a successful organizing drive in the Northwest School Division. The union has added 43 workers in a variety of classifications at the Turtleford Community School and wellness co-ordinators across the division. National Organizer Tony Head says, “We will continue to reach out to unorganized workers in our school division to ensure that all support staff enjoy the benefits of union representation.”
