A 23-year-old woman was issued a ticket for $28-hundred Monday…the first ticket handed out in Regina for a violation of the provincial government’s Public Health Order. The woman received the ticket after Public Health informed Regina Police that she was not complying with the mandatory 14-day self-isolation period. Details as to which area of the Public Health Order was disobeyed were not released. The 14-day self-isolation period is for individuals who have a lab-confirmed case of COVID-19, have been identified as having been in close contact with a person who has COVID-19 or has travelled internationally.
