Starting Wednesday, staff, physicians, trainees, vendors and contractors will be screened daily as they enter any Saskatchewan Health Authority facility to ensure they do not have any influenza like illness.
As an added precaution, staff and physicians who work in patient, client or resident care areas, or even travel through them, will wear a mask at all times.
But the Health Authority continues to remind the public that the key to saving lives and protecting health care workers is staying home, social distancing, effective hand washing and good respiratory etiquette.
