COVID-19 has hit the craft breweries in Saskatchewan, with some all but shuttered due to the closure of restaurants and taprooms, and their own inability to package beer. So, the members of the Saskatchewan Craft Brewers’ Association got together to raise money for those in need. They’ve come up with a special product called, “Refrigerate this Beer.” It’s brewed at Pile O’ Bones Brewing in Regina and contains berries sourced by local farmers. Each brewery will sell the product with proceeds going to the association members in need. The beer first went on sale in Regina with the rest of the province to get deliveries in the next few days.
