A Precautionary Health Advisory has been issued for the Beauval General Store.
An employee at the store tested positive for COVID-19 on April 28th after developing symptoms.
The Northern Inter-Tribal Health Authority and Saskatchewan Health Authority are advising customers who recently shopped or bought gas at the store between April 12th and April 27th to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID 19. And if you display symptoms you must self-isolate and contact Healthline 811.
As the crow flies, Beauval is 74 kilometres west of La Ronge.
Symptoms of COVID-19:
-Fever
-Headache
-Chills
-Cough
-Shortness of breath
-Sore throat
-Runny nose
-Diminished sense of smell or taste.
If you experience this symptoms, you should call HealthLine 811 or your community health centre for evaluation and advice. Self-isolation is an important way of preventing COVID-19 from spreading in Saskatchewan.
