The Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations Executive says it is demanding that First Nations be included and consulted during COVID-19 planning meetings. FSIN Chief Bobby Cameron says important and life-changing decisions are being discussed and made on behalf of First Nations people, and their leaders are not being included in the discussions. Cameron says, “There can be no discussions that impact First Nations lives without First Nations voices.” Cameron says leadership concerns must be addressed by all levels of government.
