A 25 year old man who shot a rifle in a downtown Saskatoon pub has pleaded guilty to discharging a firearm with intent and possession of a firearm and ammunition contrary to an order.
Tyrell Davey was sentenced in Provincial Court on Friday to 5 years in jail, minus 125 days for time served, leaving a total of 4 years, 7 months and 25 days.
Around midnight on March 3rd, Davey entered Hudson’s on 21st Street and fired 2 shots.
He was subdued by bar patrons before the police arrived.
Davey also has a lifetime firearm prohibition and a lifetime DNA order.
