Calgary-based, Boulevard Real Estate Equities has plead guilty in Saskatoon Provincial Court to one count under the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. The charge stems from an incident that happened in Saskatoon in November of 2017, where a worker fell while lifting a water heater, causing it to land on the worker, injuring their left leg. The company was fined $28,571 with a surcharge of $11,429 for a total of $40,000.
