Saskatoon fire fighters had to extract a middle age woman from her vehicle when it flipped in the 17-hundred block of Preston Avenue North, which is shortly before the turn into Preston Crossing, at 11:18 a.m. Tuesday morning. The vehicle hit a light standard and rolled trapping the woman inside. City of Saskatoon technicians dealt with the electrical hazard and downed light standard while the woman was freed from the vehicle within 13 minutes. The driver suffered minor injuries in the accident and was treated at the scene.
