A 34-year-old Saskatoon man faces seven charges after being arrested following an investigation by the Saskatoon Police Service’s Guns and Gangs Unit.
From the investigation, a search warrant at a residence in the 1100 block of Macklam Drive turned up a shotgun and ammunition, three pellet guns, pellets and air canisters, a knife, a samurai sword and a tactical vest.
The man is charged with two counts of carless storage of a firearm, two counts of possession contrary to prohibition order being an undertaking and one count each of carry concealed weapon, unauthoried possession and possession of a weapon obtained by a crime. In addition, he had outstanding warrants for his arrest.
