Update: 22 Year-Old Woman Charged with Causing Death While Driving Impaired

A Saskatoon resident is dead after Police report a person was hit by a vehicle and succumbed to their injuries in a parking lot. Police and Medavie Health Services responded to a parking lot in the 700 block of Appleby Drive Saturday morning at 4:30 a.m. The victim died at the scene, and another person believed to be involved in the incident is currently in police custody.

Saskatoon Police Service Major Crimes, Forensic Identification Services and Collision Analysts have been called out to investigate and are currently on scene. More information will be released as the investigation continues.
