Saskatoon Police are asking anyone with information about an investigation in forcible confinement and assault to contact them or call Crime Stoppers.
Around 6:30 Monday evening, Police were called to Royal University Hospital where a 20 year old woman was receiving treatment for what are described as serious but non-life threatening injuries.
A good Samaritan found her in the 700 block of Avenue I South and took her to hospital. It has been reported that the woman was held at a home and assaulted by several people over a period of time.
The Saskatoon Police Service can be reached at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
