The Health Sciences Association of Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations have reached a tentative six-year agreement.
HSAS represents more than 4-thousand health care professionals who deliver care in acute care, long term care, primary health care and emergency medical services.
President of the union, Karen Wasylenko, says in spite of the uncertainties and challenges in health care at this time, both sides worked together to reach this tentative agreement.
If the agreement is ratified, it will be effective until the end of March, 2024.
