Shortly before 4 Monday morning, traffic restrictions were lifted after police investigated an accident that happened Sunday evening around 6:30 p.m. at Boychuck Drive and McMaster Crescent.

Police say a car collided with a pickup truck and trailer causing the truck to roll onto its roof. The driver of the car, and sole occupant, was taken to hospital by Medavie Health Services. The 34 year old man had serious injuries and is in stable condition.

The driver of the rolled truck, also the only person in the vehicle, was not hurt. The accident is still under investigation.
