After an eight-year career, Conservation Service Dog Jaks has retired. He handed in his collar in April. The 10 year old Belgian Malinois, assisted officers in hundreds of investigations. The Ministry of Environment says Jaks located countless pieces of evidence for the ministry and other law enforcement agencies which led to numerous criminal convictions.
