Regina Police say they responded to a call on Tuesday about a firearm discharged in a residence on the 23 hundred block of McTavish Street. They determined that a man had been handling a rifle and accidentally fired it. No one was hurt. The rifle was seized along with what police describe as a large amount of narcotics. 22 year old Colin Manuel Severeight appeared in court today (thurs) on a number of weapon and drug charges.
