A 24 year-old man is dead after an accident 18 kilometers west and 5 kilometers south of Moosomin.

Moosomin RCMP responded to a single vehicle rollover on a narrow and uneven grid road, where an eastbound vehicle carrying three people had lost control and rolled into a ditch. Police say, a 24 year-old man and 15 year-old girl were both thrown from the vehicle. The 24 year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, while the 15 year-old girl and a 18 year old woman, who remained in the vehicle, were transported to hospital.

RCMP say preliminary investigations indicate that a lack of seat-belts used and driver inexperience maybe contributing factors in the rollover, but those facts could change as the investigation progresses.
