A 34 and 23 year old man along with a 21 year old woman are in custody facing charges of assault with a weapon and other firearms related offences, after Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Saturday.

At approximately 6:00 p.m., Police responded to a home in the 1800 block of 22nd Street West for a report of a domestic disturbance involving a firearm.

Patrol officers arrived and located the victim. Officers then surrounded the residence and three people were arrested without incident. Police report that located in the residence was a firearm.

Members of the Guns and Gangs Unit are assisting with the investigation.
