More businesses, events and activities will re-open Monday in conjunction with the second part of phase 4 of the Re-Open Saskatchewan plan.
Indoor pools, indoor rinks, indoor sports and activities, and the performing arts, including music dance and theatre will be able to re-open.
The seating capacity for restaurants and licensed establishments, which had previously been capped at 50 percent capacity, will also increase to a level that allows staff and customers to maintain two metres of physical distancing. These guidelines apply to indoor and outdoor seating areas. In addition to these guidelines, all other applicable provincial regulations and standards must be followed.
In addition to the increased capacity, VLTs, pool tables, dart boards, arcade games and other recreation areas will be able to re-open, as long as physical distancing and increased cleaning and disinfection can be maintained.
Live entertainment in these establishments are set to return on July 16th.
Further re-openings will continue this week when casinos and bingo halls re-open on Thursday and furthermore on July 16th when racetracks and rodeo-related activities are targeted to resume.
