Warman RCMP says a missing persons complaint has become a homicide investigation. RCMP were notified around 4 o’clock last Thursday afternoon that a 23 year old woman, Samandeep Jhinger, was missing.

On Friday morning at 5 a.m., Samandeep was tracked to a home in the 200 block of 3rd Street West in Warman, deceased and her death at that time was considered suspicious.

RCMP have now charged 42 year old Ranbir Dhull of Saskatoon with one count of First Degree Murder and he will be in Saskatoon court today. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday and RCMP also indicate that Ranbir Dull was known to the victim

The RCMP Major Crime Unit North is asking for any information from the public that concerns the investigation. Warman RCMP or any police detachment can be contacted or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
