A forgotten lottery ticket turned out to be a big winner for an woman from Eyebrow. Marion Bueckert says when she scratched her Western Millions Zing ticket, she thought she had won $100-thousand and then when she had it checked, it was actually a million dollars. Sask Lotteries says Bueckert bought the ticket in Moose Jaw as part of a $20 mega pack. She intended to give it out as a Christmas gift, but it ended up in a drawer and forgotten until May, when Bueckert found it while looking for something else. The million dollar winner plans to share her windfall with her family and use it as a financial cushion for her and her husband’s farm.
