An 18 year-old man is dead, after being shot in Saskatoon early Saturday morning.
Saskatoon Police received a 911 call at just after midnight regarding a man having been shot in a home in the 100 block of Avenue K South. Officers responded and upon arrival, the 18 year-old man was found injured and was pronounced deceased at scene. The victim’s death is being ruled a homicide.
Investigators with Major Crimes and Forensic Identification, were called out and are actively investigating this incident with Patrol. A large number of people from the scene are in police custody and being questioned.
