A 29-year-old man faces seven charges after being arrested Monday morning following reports of a home invasion in Saskatoon.
At about 4-20 a.m., Saskatoon Police responded to a home in the 100 block of Avenue R North where an unknown man was inside, armed with bear spray and assaulting the occupants of the home. Officers arrested a 29-year-old man who was in possession of bear spray. They also found an injured man in front of the house as well as women aged 20 and 21 who had been assaulted. The interior of the home was damaged and the 26-year-old man from outside was taken to hosptial with serious, but non life-threatening injuries. The arrested man faces charges of aggravated assault, two charges of assault, mischief, possession of a weapon, uttering threats and breach of court conditions.
