Prince Albert Police haven’t received an official report or complaint, but they say they are aware of concerning posts made on social media this week involving a white van.

The P-A Police Service did look into possible suspicious activity and checked a white van that was parked in an alley, but found no evidence of any nefarious activity involving the vehicle. In addition, officers followed up with other agency partners to determine how reliable the information in the social media posts was, with no results. However, the Prince Albert Police Service is interested in credible information from the public regarding the alleged incident, reminding residents that suspicious incidents or other illegal activity should be reported directly to the P-A Police Service. In addition, the police service says their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts are not to be used to report crime or suspicious activity.
