Buffalo Pound Provincial Park has something new this year – a new pool.
Parks, Culture and Sport Minister Gene Makowsky says the original pool opened in 1972 and has been a key attraction for visitors.
The new pool includes a sloped accessible entry and is open daily from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. until after the September long weekend.
COVID-19 safety protocols are in place, including decreased capacity at any one time, no swimming lessons or programming and physical distancing rules in effect.
