Lieutenant Governor Russ Mirasty is attending a birthday celebration in Saskatoon for Elder Mary Heimbecker and Elder Pat Trask.

Mary is celebrating her 90th birthday. She was born on the Muskeg Lake Reserve and has been instrumental in numerous groups and initiatives in support of women and families.

Pat is celebrating her 89th birthday. She is Past President of the Saskatchewan Seniors Association and is a published author and active volunteer leader.

The event is this afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at Scott Towers on Louise Street.
