Parkland Ambulance in Prince Albert are thanking the bystanders who started CPR on a 6 year old girl who was unconscious and not breathing after being found in a hotel pool around 10:30 p.m. on the night of July 14th. Paramedics say the child was in cardiac arrest after drowning but after being pulled quickly from the water and starting CPR, she awoke. Friday Parkland paramedics will be presenting Rescuer Awards and Certificates of Commendation to those involved.
