#1 – The WHL has pushed back the start of the upcoming season. Originally they penciled in October 4th as a start date but that has now been moved back to December 4th but Commissioner Ron Robison says they are committed to a full regular season and play off run.

#2 – Wyant Group Raceway will host it’s first races of the summer on Saturday. With limited seating of 150 fans the tickets sold out in six minutes. Neil Schneider from the track says they will be following all the appropriate guidelines and there will be plenty of signs for fans.

#3 – Softball Saskatchewan has announced that all the provincial championships have been cancelled for this year. They were unable to stage the events in a proper fashion while still following provincial guidelines on gathering sizes.
